You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the phgl Platform without prior written consent from phgl.

phgl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phgl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phgl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your phgl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
phgl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if phgl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, phgl reserves the right to forfeit account balances and report the matter to relevant authorities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phgl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
